Los Almejones al natural los fabricamos en Galicia seleccionando la materia prima que viene de las costas francesas y procesándola en fresco. Este producto tiene una peculiaridad, y es que el animal es más grande que la concha con lo que ésta no puede cerrarse completamente. De concha simétrica y tonalidades variadas tiene un sabor más bien dulce.
The Almejones natural we make them in Galicia selecting the raw material that comes from the French coasts and processing it in fresh. This product has a peculiarity, and that is that the animal is bigger than the shell so it can’t be completely closed. With a symmetrical shell and varied tones it has a rather sweet flavor.
